Set sail with us as we voyage to Asia and Europe with Michelin-Starred Guest Chef John Tesar and Michael Anthony’s Chef Kenny Warthen. This exciting evening offers a unique opportunity to sample varying cuisines and culinary styles. Chef Tesar, a European-trained seafood chef, has become renowned for his innovative approaches to both seafood and steak dishes.

This four-course gourmet dinner, which includes paired wines, will take you on a seafood journey that includes stops in France, Italy, India, Vietnam and Japan. Chef Tesar will work alongside Michael Anthony’s Chef Warthen, who has cultivated a lifelong love of Southern Mediterranean cuisine.
