We are honored to participate in the 16th Annual Hilton Head Seafood Festival hosted by the David M. Carmines Memorial Foundation. This non-profit organization helps raise money for other non-profit organizations including the Coastal Discovery Museum, Island Recreation Scholarship Fund, Waddell Mariculture Center, Port Royal Sound Foundation, Gullah Heritage Museum and Medical University of South Carolina.
Set sail with us as we voyage to Asia and Europe with Michelin-Starred Guest Chef John Tesar and Michael Anthony’s Chef Kenny Warthen. This exciting evening offers a unique opportunity to sample varying cuisines and culinary styles. Chef Tesar, a European-trained seafood chef, has become renowned for his innovative approaches to both seafood and steak dishes.
This four-course gourmet dinner, which includes paired wines, will take you on a seafood journey that includes stops in France, Italy, India, Vietnam and Japan. Chef Tesar will work alongside Michael Anthony’s Chef Warthen, who has cultivated a lifelong love of Southern Mediterranean cuisine. Meanwhile, our wine sommelier will expertly pair each course with the perfect wine.
