This is your chance to learn to make two different and very delicious regional Italian pastas: Pici from Tuscany and Malfatti from Northern Italy, each rolled out by hand. You’ll not only learn to make, roll out and shape the dough for these two pastas, but you’ll also prepare a sauce for each. After the cooking is done, you’ll sit down for a pasta lover’s feast of your new creations.
