Basics of Braising Cooking Demonstration Class | $75 (plus tax & gratuity) Braising imparts a depth of flavor to foods like no other cooking method. It often involves both dry and wet heat applied over a lengthy period of time. In this class, Chef Trey will demonstrate how to prepare three braised dishes. Class includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, generous tasting portions, wine and recipes.
