
Demo Classes
Our Cooking School provides Demonstration Classes, presented classroom style, where you watch the chef prepare a menu, providing step-by-step instructions and helpful hints for each dish. The class includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, a generous tasting of all the dishes prepared, a glass of wine and a recipe booklet to take home. ($80 per person plus tax and gratuity). All seats are assigned based on party size and in the order the reservation was received so we can accommodate everyone.

Hands-On Classes
Our Cooking School offers Hands-On Classes, giving you the opportunity to prepare three recipes from start to finish, working side by side with the chef. After the cooking has been completed, you will sit down for a family-style lunch with wine to enjoy the dishes you helped prepare. ($120 per person plus tax and gratuity)

Private Classes
If you have a small group of friends, family or colleagues, our Cooking School can also accommodate a private hands-on class. You must have a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 12 to schedule a private hands-on class. Please call for availability and to select a menu. Classes will begin at 11:30am. ($120 per person plus tax and gratuity)
CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a credit card to hold your reservation and have a 24 hour cancellation policy. You must cancel at least 24 hours prior to the class or your credit card will be charged. We also reserve the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment. If a class is cancelled, students will be notified by phone at least 24 hours in advance.

Tuesday, June 10th | Hand Rolled Pasta Hands-On
If you love fresh pasta, don’t miss this hands-on cooking class. This is your chance to learn to make two different and very delicious regional Italian pastas: Pici from Tuscany and Malfatti from Northern Italy, each rolled out by hand. You’ll not only learn to make, roll out and shape the dough for these two pastas, but you’ll also prepare a sauce for each. After the cooking is done, you’ll sit down for a pasta lover’s feast of your new creations.

Thursday, June 12th | All Forks Lead to Rome Cooking Demo
Cook, eat, and enjoy the pleasures of the Roman table. Chef Trey will show you how to prepare classic dishes from Rome's delectable cuisine. Class includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, generous tasting portions of each dish, wine and recipes.

Friday, June 13th | Hooked on Shrimp Cooking Demo
Shrimp are great no matter how you eat them – steamed, grilled, baked, broiled, fried. If you have any questions about the many ways to eat shrimp, please refer to the movie Forrest Gump! Join Chef Trey for this fun demonstration class to learn about the beloved crustacean fresh from our local waters and how to prepare three delicious recipes. Tuesday, June 17th | Dinner with Friends Hands-On

Tuesday, July 1st | Knife Skills Hands-On
Every great meal begins with some chopping, dicing, slicing, or mincing. For this fun class, we will cover everything you need to know about knives and how to use them. You'll start by learning to sharpen, hone and properly hold this essential tool. Chef Trey will help you master the basics of how to chop an onion, mince garlic, chiffonade basil, and demonstrate a full range of professional chopping cuts from julienne to brunoise. You'll even learn how to properly butcher a chicken! Then you'll use all the ingredients you have chopped to make a delicious lunch to enjoy after all the chopping and cooking is done!
