
Demo Classes
Our Cooking School provides Demonstration Classes, presented classroom style, where you watch the chef prepare a menu, providing step-by-step instructions and helpful hints for each dish. The class includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, a generous tasting of all the dishes prepared, a glass of wine and a recipe booklet to take home. ($80 per person plus tax and gratuity). All seats are assigned based on party size and in the order the reservation was received so we can accommodate everyone.

Hands-On Classes
Our Cooking School offers Hands-On Classes, giving you the opportunity to prepare three recipes from start to finish, working side by side with the chef. After the cooking has been completed, you will sit down for a family-style lunch with wine to enjoy the dishes you helped prepare. ($120 per person plus tax and gratuity)

Private Classes
If you have a small group of friends, family or colleagues, our Cooking School can also accommodate a private hands-on class. You must have a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 12 to schedule a private hands-on class. Please call for availability and to select a menu. Classes will begin at 11:30am. ($120 per person plus tax and gratuity)
CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a credit card to hold your reservation and have a 24 hour cancellation policy. You must cancel at least 24 hours prior to the class or your credit card will be charged. We also reserve the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment. If a class is cancelled, students will be notified by phone at least 24 hours in advance.

Wednesday, October 15th | Fall Pastabilities Hands-On
While we love pasta pretty much any time of year, there's something extra delicious about comforting dinners that combine our favorite fall flavors with fresh homemade pasta. At this fun hands-on experience, you’ll make pasta dough, prepare two delicious fillings, fill and shape your pasta and create the perfect sauce to complement each one. After the cooking is done, you’ll enjoy a family-style lunch of your freshly made pasta dishes.

Friday, October 17th | Autumn in Tuscany Cooking Demo
Fall is here! The burnt-orange vistas and rust-colored hills of fall are a feast for the eyes in Tuscany, but it is also about the food!
