Our Demonstration Classes are presented classroom style where you watch the chef prepare his menu, providing step-by-step procedures and helpful hints for each dish. The class includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, a generous tasting of all the dishes prepared, a glass of wine and a recipe booklet to take home. ($60 per person plus tax and gratuity). All seats are assigned based on party size and in the order the reservation was received so we can accommodate everyone.
Our Hands-On Classes give you the opportunity to prepare three recipes from start to finish by working closely with the chef. After the cooking has been completed, you will sit down for a family-style lunch with wine to enjoy the dishes you helped prepare. ($100 per person plus tax and gratuity)
If you have a small group of friends and family, we can accommodate a private hands-on class on Tuesdays or Saturdays. You must have a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 10 to schedule a private hands-on class. Please call for availability and to select a menu. Classes will begin at 11:30am. ($100 per person plus tax and gratuity)

We require a credit card to hold your reservation and have a 24 hour cancellation policy. You must cancel at least 24 hours prior to the class or your credit card will be charged. We also reserve the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment. If a class is cancelled, students will be notified by phone at least 24 hours in advance.
