Campania is home to Naples, the gorgeous Sorrento Peninsula and the Isle of Capri, where fresh seafood is abundant.  If you head inland into the provinces of Avellino and Benevento, the focus changes from sea to earth ,and the cuisine relies on sun-kissed vegetables, herbs and fresh farmhouse cheeses. Join our chefs in the kitchen and learn firsthand how to prepare these classic dishes from Campania, which will become favorites at your dinner table!  After the cooking is done, you’ll sit down for a family style lunch, with wine, to enjoy your new creations.
