Please join us as we take you on a spectacular culinary tour of the Pahlmeyer winery. Pahlmeyer’s salubrious location above 1,400 feet ensures that its vines receive up to 3 hours more sunlight every day compared to vines grown at lower altitudes. This results in grapes with a taste profile nearly unmatched by other Napa wineries. And Pahlmeyer wines’ distinctiveness goes beyond topography and climate. It also extends to how the grapes are handled. They’re hand harvested prior to sunrise to protect the skins. After being gently fed by gravity into tanks, the fermentation process is painstakingly monitored and controlled.
