An Evening in Venice at Carnavale! Special Evening Cooking Demonstration Class | $85 (plus tax & gratuity) Jump in a water taxi or grab a gondola - however you get here, just don’t miss this fun evening! It’s Carnevale in Venice and time to celebrate with the delectable cuisine of this beautiful floating city. Our chefs will be demonstrating how to prepare three classic Venetian dishes, each delicious course paired with a wine from Northern Italy. The wines will be presented by Miriam Gonzalez from RNDC. This unique evening includes a welcome glass of prosecco, small dinner portions of each recipe, a three-ounce tasting of each fabulous wine and a recipe booklet to take home.
