Pasta of Calabria Cooking Demonstration Class | $65 (plus tax & gratuity) Calabria is the epitome of what the Italians call “cucina povera”, where modest ingredients are transformed into fabulous meals. Calabrian cuisine is based on traditional dishes made with locally produced or grown foods. It’s hearty and rich and full of authentic Mediterranean flavors! Chef Trey will demonstrate how to prepare three fantastic pasta dishes from this beautiful region in Southern Italy. Class includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, tasting portions of each dish, wine and recipes.
