We invite you to join us for our first wine event of the fall season! For this special evening, we will be celebrating the rich and savory cuisine of the Piemonte paired with some of the region's most beautiful wines, including the legendary Barolo.
For this intimate dinner at our Chef’s Table, we have selected some fabulous wines to pair with Chef Trey’s contemporary spin on classic dishes of the Piemonte. We hope you’ll join us as we explore the food and wine from this beautiful region at the foothill of the Alps. Joining us as a special guest will be Joe DeCaro. Joe is an importer of wines from family-owned, small production, multi-generational producers in northern Italy. He is thrilled to share with you these special wines he has discovered and enlighten you on the nuances of Piemontese wines.
