Please join us as we take you on a culinary tour of Cristom Vineyards, located in the heart of Oregon’s Willamette Valley.These vineyards make use of the valley’s Eola-Amity Hills terroir, which imparts a peerless quality to their vintages. Founded in 1992, family-owned Cristom employs biodynamic and organic farming methods to maximize sustainability while cleaving to age-old traditions like careful site selection, low yields and particular fermentation processes. The result is uncommon wines of great intensity, structure and finish.
Joining us to share his passion for these wonderful wines is Cristom’s Winemaker and Vineyard Manager Daniel Estrin, who will share his unique vision of the wines he helps produce. Joining him will be Cameron Scott, the vineyard’s National Sales Director.
