If you head inland into the provinces of Avellino and Benevento the focus changes from the sea to the earth and the cuisine relies on sun-kissed vegetables, herbs and fresh farmhouse cheeses. Join our chefs in the kitchen and learn firsthand how to prepare these classic dishes from Campania that will become favorites at your dinner table! After the cooking is done, you’ll sit down for a family style lunch of your new creations.
