The Cuisine of Emilia-Romagna Cooking Demonstration Class | $60 (plus tax & gratuity) The lush homeland of balsamic vinegar, Prosciutto di Parma and Parmigiano-Reggiano, this is the region of Italy’s most refined cuisine. Chef Trey will demonstrate how to prepare these delicious dishes from the Emilia-Romagna. Class includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, generous tasting portions, wine and recipes.
