Flavors of the Italian Riviera Cooking Demonstration Class | $60 (plus tax & gratuity) The Italian Riviera has one of the most varied cuisines of Italy. The warmth of the Mediterranean air creates the perfect condition for growing olives, vegetables and herbs (especially basil!). Chef Trey will demonstrate how to create some delicious recipes from the beautiful Italian Riviera. Class includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, generous tasting portions, wine and recipes.
