Italy’s northern regions share a good deal of German-influenced cuisine, as they border both German-speaking Austria and Switzerland. So, we’ve decided to salute Germany’s famed Oktoberfest with our own take on an Oktoberfest dinner, including some terrific wines. Joining us to share her knowledge of these wines is our guest sommelier Miriam Gonzalez of RNDC.
