Join us as we take you on a culinary adventure featuring the incomparable cuisine of Italy’s Emilia-Romagna region. At this very special evening cooking demonstration, Chef Kenny Warthen will show you how to prepare three outstanding dishes from Emilia-Romagna. Located in northern Italy, this region is known as “Food Valley,” where many of Italy’s most iconic ingredients and dishes originated, including Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto di Parma, balsamic vinegar and pasta alla Bolognese, to name just a few.
Each dish will be expertly paired with a delightful wine, presented by Sommelier Miriam Gonzalez of RNDC.
This unique evening includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, small dinner portions of each recipe, a three-ounce tasting of each fabulous wine and a recipe booklet to take home.
