A Tuscan Christmas Evening Cooking Demo & Wine Tasting
Join us for this special evening cooking demo where you will learn how to prepare your own special Tuscan Christmas menu and start a new tradition of your own! Class includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, small dinner portions of each dish, a three-ounce tasting of each paired wine, and a recipe book to take home.
Fall is for Figs PM Cooking Demo & Wine Tasting
Come ring in the fall fig season Michael Anthony’s style! For this delightful evening cooking demonstration, Chef Trey will show you how to prepare three outstanding dishes with a focus on delicious fresh figs. Figs have been integral to Italian cuisine for centuries. In colder U.S. climates, Italian Americans have routinely buried their prized fig trees after harvesting to protect them from freezing temperatures.
Each dish will be expertly paired with the perfect wine, presented by Sommelier Alyssa Underwood with BreakThru Beverage.
This unique evening includes a welcome glass of champagne, small dinner portions of each recipe, a three-ounce tasting of each fabulous wine and a recipe booklet to take home.
Tuesday, March 4th | An Eveving at Mardi Gras!
Come celebrate Mardi Gras Michael Anthony’s style! For this special evening cooking demonstration, Chef Trey will show you how to prepare three outstanding dishes made famous in New Orleans, the epicenter of Mardi Gras celebrations. Each dish will be expertly paired with a French or Spanish wine, presented by Sommelier Miriam Gonzalez with RNDC.
