Join us as we take you on a memorable culinary journey to the heights of the scenic Italian Alps with this very special evening cooking demonstration, including wine pairings. Chef Kenny Warthen will show you how to prepare three outstanding dishes that originated in Italy’s Alpine region. The majestic Alps span eight nations, from Monaco to the west and Slovenia to the east. Italy sits at the center of the region, and its Alpine cuisine is heavily influenced by neighboring countries.
Each dish will be expertly paired with the perfect wine, presented by Sommelier Miriam Gonzalez of RNDC.
This unique evening includes a welcome glass of prosecco, small dinner portions of each recipe, a three-ounce tasting of each fabulous wine and a recipe booklet to take home.
